These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and gs99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). • You must not be a self-excluded player, a player who has voluntarily requested account closure, or a person who has been permanently banned from the gs99 platform.

Each player is permitted to hold only one gs99 account. Registration Obligations

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity conducted through your account. We recommend using a strong, unique password for your gs99 account and logging out of shared devices after each session. gs99 employees will never ask for your full password via any communication channel.

gs99 supports deposits and withdrawals via locally trusted payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer through participating Bangladesh banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. All financial transactions on gs99 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds.

gs99 periodically offers bonuses and promotions to registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spin offers, and seasonal promotional campaigns. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the specific bonus terms displayed at the time the bonus is offered. Bonuses must be wagered the required number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gs99 platform. gs99 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently ban any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to forfeit all balances associated with such an account.

• Using any software, algorithm, bot, script, or automated system to interact with the gs99 platform in a manner not sanctioned by gs99, including automated betting, data harvesting, or exploit testing.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or any gs99 employee for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors in sports betting odds. Any winnings derived from a known or reasonably discoverable error will be voided and the affected funds returned to gs99.
• Using the gs99 platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime. gs99 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and cooperates fully with any lawful investigation.
• Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent a ban, claim duplicate bonuses, or manipulate referral schemes. All accounts identified as linked to a banned or suspended account may themselves be suspended without notice.

gs99 employs automated and manual monitoring tools to detect prohibited conduct. Detection does not require a player to have completed the prohibited act — gs99 may act on reasonable suspicion of an intent to engage in prohibited conduct.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, gs99 will communicate with the account holder via the registered contact details. If an investigation concludes in the player's favour, the account will be reinstated and any withheld balance returned. If the investigation confirms a breach, the account will be permanently closed and balances may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gs99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory, even if gs99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

gs99 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be error-free, or that defects will be corrected within any specified timeframe. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, and connectivity issues beyond gs99's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. gs99 will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to communicate maintenance windows in advance.

gs99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, gs99 will notify registered players via a platform notification, a notice on the website, or an email to the registered address. It is the player's responsibility to review updated Terms when notified.

Continued use of the gs99 platform after any amendment has been communicated constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may contact support to initiate account closure and withdrawal of any available balance.
